Any return of products by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects and doesn’t cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transport-related issues.
  • In the unlikely event that your product needs replacement and the original item is unavailable, we’ll offer you a comparable alternative. Please note that any price difference or availability issues won’t be the responsibility of Nu Republic\Dubstep.
  • After the warranty period, if your Nu Republic\Dubstep product requires repairs, you’ll be responsible for the cost of spare parts and labor.

Return and Refund Policy

AUDIO PRODUCTS / TRAVEL GEAR / SMARTWATCHES / POWER ACCESSORIES Headphones, Smartwatches, Earphones, Speakers, Backpacks & Cables Up to 72 hours after receiving the product – ONLY IF THERE IS APPARENT VISIBLE DAMAGE or ANY KEY-PRODUCT DEFECT.
  • In the event where there is any manufacturing defect in the product (attributable to, and accepted by NU Republic\Dubstep after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 72 hours from the date of delivery.
  • While raising a request for return, the User shall have the option to seek a refund. The User must produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of request. The returned Product must be unused, with all tags intact, and packaging undamaged. NU Republic\Dubstep reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy without prior notice.
  • A User is permitted to fully cancel orders prior to dispatch. Refunds for cancellations prior to dispatch will be initiated within 10 business days from the request date. Refund timelines are subject to the User’s bank policies. Refunds may be subject to applicable charges, except for store credit.
  • For availing any service related to the product, the customer must send the product to NU Republic\Dubstep’s office address provided by customer care. Initial shipping charges are to be borne by the user.
  • RETURN / REPLACEMENT
    Replacement will be considered only in case of manufacturing defects (e.g., control button damage, accessory defect, no volume, charging port damaged, USB cable damaged). Physical or liquid damage is not covered. NU Republic\Dubstep reserves the right to reject a replacement after verifying the product. For full warranty terms please click here.
  • If the customer opts to replace the product with one of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
  • Return/refund will not be entertained if:
    1. The Product has been used.
    2. User doesn’t like the product.
    3. The Product has been damaged or broken.
    4. Tags, packaging, and accessories are damaged or discarded.
    5. The serial number/bar code does not match records.
    6. Accessories (chargers, eargels, manuals, etc.) are not returned undamaged.
    7. There are dents, scratches, tears, or other damage.
    8. Bundled gifts are not returned or show signs of use.
    9. NU Republic\Dubstep deems the product defective/unusable.
  • Replacement can be claimed only once during the warranty period.
  • Refunds will only be made if quality checks confirm eligibility. Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the product was defective at delivery.
  • NU Republic\Dubstep will attempt to notify customers of refund status, but is not liable for communication failures.
  • If bundled items or accessories are missing, NU Republic\Dubstep may refuse the return or adjust the refund at its discretion.
  • Refunds are processed subject to bank policies after successful quality checks.
  • If the product is physically damaged, no replacement or refund will be provided. Exceptions may apply after product team approval, with charges (30% of website price for refurbished replacement or Rs. 400 for repair).
  • If the replacement product is again defective, it will not be replaced again; warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
  • The return address will be shared via email. The product must be sent with NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, and ORDER ID/TICKET NUMBER on the parcel.
  • Customer service will respond within 24 business hours. Updates on returned products will be provided within 48 business hours of receipt. The full service process takes up to 7 business days.

Return/Replacement Process:

  1. Send an email to hello@dubstepworld.com with order details and issue.
  2. Customer care will contact within 24 hours to assist.
  3. Details will be provided for shipping the product to the warehouse for quality checks (up to 48 hours).
  4. After testing, the customer will be notified. Depending on results, either a replacement or the same product will be shipped back.
  5. The entire service process takes up to 7 business days including return shipping.
  6. If a refund is requested within 72 hours for a manufacturing defect, it will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
